Shuttle Tacking Application advantages

The shuttle racking system is a complete high-density storage system composed of racks, shuttle trolleys and forklifts. • Inventory: The goods are placed on the front end of the racking aisle rails by a forklift, and the WAP-1 shuttle operated by radio remote control can carry pallet goods and run on the rails;

• Picking up: The WAP shuttle car moves the pallet deep in the rack to the front of the rack, and uses a forklift to remove the pallet from the rack;

• Shuttle: A forklift can be used to place the shuttle in different lanes, and multiple lanes can share one shuttle. The number of shuttles is determined by comprehensive factors such as the depth of the roadway, the total amount of goods, the batch of shipments, and the frequency of shipments.
